Hosting and maintenance
Hosting
Basic hosting is included for one year with the Landing Page, Corporate Website and Ecommerce Website packages. Hosting renewal starts from RM600 per year and is confirmed before renewal. Domain registration and renewal are separate unless your order says otherwise.
Technical maintenance
Corporate and ecommerce packages include three months of basic technical maintenance. This covers bug fixes, delivered functionality issues and basic platform upkeep. It does not include new pages, redesigns, new features, unlimited content edits or new campaigns.
Customer editing
Sites are delivered using WordPress and Gutenberg or standard WooCommerce editing. Customers are responsible for content accuracy, product information, legal notices, payment accounts and backups of materials they provide.
