Terms of service
These terms describe the standard website packages, delivery process and customer responsibilities for SiteFoundry.
Packages and scope
Landing page: RM800 for one conversion-focused page, one year basic hosting and two consolidated revision rounds. Corporate website: RM1,500 for up to five pages, Gutenberg editing, basic SEO setup, one year basic hosting and three months of technical maintenance. Ecommerce website: RM3,000 for up to 20 products, standard WooCommerce payment and shipping setup, store editing, one year basic hosting and three months of technical maintenance.
Delivery
The 1–2 working day delivery estimate begins only after payment and all required customer materials have been submitted. Missing or inaccurate content, delayed approvals, domain access or third-party service issues can move the delivery date.
Flexible payment
The Landing Page package requires full payment of RM800 upfront. Corporate and Ecommerce customers may choose 50% to start, with the remaining 50% due after website approval and before publication. Customers who pay an eligible Corporate or Ecommerce package in full upfront receive a 5% reduction from the package total. Deposits reserve production capacity and do not make publication available before the remaining balance is paid.
Approval and publication
For a deposit order, the customer must approve the website and pay the outstanding balance before the website can be published. Approval does not automatically publish the website. SiteFoundry may complete final technical checks before publication.
Revisions and scope
A revision round is one consolidated list of content or layout adjustments. New pages, new functionality, additional products, a full redesign, new campaigns or work outside the selected package are additional scope and may require a separate quote.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, images, logos and copy, and for confirming that you have the rights to use them. You are also responsible for keeping domain, payment provider and business contact details current.
